Refund and Returns Policy

Conditions: Items must be unused, with tags uncut, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if purchased online. For cash on delivery purchases, refunds will be processed upon item collection.

Non-Returnable Items: Stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and return policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand how to initiate a return and receive a refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that all tags are intact and that you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@nostalgic249.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@nostalgic249.com, and we will assist you further.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that are non-returnable. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your item for return, please reach out to our customer support team.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nostalgic249.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
